Frequently asked questions

All lessons are conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Students receive a booking link after purchase, and materials (slides, exercises, homework) are shared after each lesson.

Yes. Lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice by emailing bookings@hhteam.org. Missed lessons without notice are marked as completed.

Corporate packages include 30 lessons for up to 6 employees, with attendance tracking, homework, and progress reports for HR. Training is delivered once per week in a 90-minute session (two back-to-back 45-minute lessons), but scheduling can be adapted to your company’s needs.
