How are lessons delivered?

All lessons are conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Students receive a booking link after purchase, and materials (slides, exercises, homework) are shared after each lesson.

Can we reschedule a lesson?

Yes. Lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice using our online booking system. Missed lessons without notice are marked as completed.

Do you provide certificates?

For 1-on-1 and group lessons, certificates are optional.
For corporate training packages, we can provide an attendance record and end-of-course summary report for each participant. Certificates of completion can also be arranged upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments directly through our website. 

How do corporate training packages work?

Corporate packages include 30 lessons for up to 6 employees, with attendance tracking, homework, and progress reports for HR. Training is delivered once per week in a 90-minute session (two back-to-back 45-minute lessons), but scheduling can be adapted to your company’s needs.
